Ingredients:

1 cup daikon radish, julienned

(clears stagnation, aids digestion)

1 cup carrot, julienned

(nourishes blood, supports Spleen)

1 cup cabbage, thinly sliced

(harmonizes digestion)

1⁄2 cup celery, sliced

(clears heat, supports Liver function)

1⁄2 cup cilantro, chopped

(aids detox, promotes lightness)

1⁄2 lemon, juiced

(Liver cleanse & Qi movement)

1⁄2 tsp grated ginger

(warms digestion, prevents stagnation)

1 tsp coconut aminos or tamari

(optional, umami balance)

Instructions:
